While surfing the web for information on cramps I ran across a site from a
company called Caleb. They claim their Amish product called "Stops Leg Cramps"
will give you relief in a very short period of time. The product contains Apple Cider Vinegar, Garlic Juice
and Ginger Juice.
Has anyone ever heard of this product ?
I have used Apple Cider Vinegar for hiccups and it really works great

Hey I just read on another thread about pickle juice against leg-cramps. The ingredients are the same aren't they?

Well, I'll keep it with some sodium bicarb capsules and an espresso or two. But everyone has their favourites  :)

I wish i cojld remember why, but Bo's dr wouldnt let him do Tonic water.. Any reasons you can think of besides just the fact that it's 'fluid'.?

I've only ever cramped once, and that was because the nurse who put me on got my goal wrong.  It was a litre more than it was supposed to be.. if anyone has cramps in my unit, they just give them extra fluid
