My regular Baxter driver is fantastic. Customer service is okay once you get past the initial hold period on the phone. (If my call is so important to them why don't they hire more phone reps?) Tech Support for cycler issues is solid.This plan to auto-generate orders is a new wrinkle. I'm guessing they plan to scan the depleted inventory and ship exactly what they find I've used. The problem is what I use this month may not be what I need next month. We'll see how it works for them when they get here and can't find anything to scan. I hate being evil but... nah, actually I love it!
