follow up with heart doc

i saw my heart doc for
my follow up check up

and i told him about my sleeping issue
which i have had for along time
its hard for me to get comfortable in my own bed
so i end up sleeping sitting up
or i end up sleeping in my chair or the couch

so i maybe end up getting 4hours of sleep
but i do take naps in the early morning or early part of the afternoon

any ways
i was asking him
about sleep apmina
and to find out something
that surprised me

i always feel I'm not getting enough air
so i sleep with the fan on
it feels good
and the doc noticed when i was
in the hospital
i had to have the fan on me
and he said normally when someone
has to sleep with a fan
they normally would had sleep amping

my dad has it
he was visting my aunt about 8months ago
and she told him he stop breathing
so when he went to the sleep apmina clinic
he had stop breathing 98times

and he was told when you have that
you would most likey get a heartattack or a stroke

well 10yrs ago he had a heartattack
and 2yrs ago he had a stroke

so maybe when i had my mild heartattack last yr
that could had been part of the sleep apmina

but yet i have had problems for more than 2yrs when it came to sleeping

the doc put in the referral in
and wow that was fast, for they caled me today
and i have appt for a consolation
next month

so we will see whats going on from there
