 :rofl;

And what's up with the transplanted fool at the bottom who is STILL avoiding chocolate and nuts?  Ummm....what's the point of taking the chance on the transplant if NOT to enjoy the things you can't do on D!?!

I can pretty much tell you that anyone who would have sang this song to me would have been wiping my vomit off their shoes.   :puke;

They tried something just as juvenile in my old center and I told them in no uncertain terms that I would be having no part of their ridiculous games.  I am a grown adult, not a five year old.

I stuck with the no added salt after my transplants, but I think it's because it was habit at that time, and I didn't mind that my food wasn't salty.. Chocolate, however, I overdosed on while I was still in the hospital. *LOL*

When it comes to Christmas songs, the head nurse at my unit sings them all year long, but at Christmastime, she wears funny hats...

But limiting salt after a kidney transplant is a sensible thing to do.  There's no reason to limit phos or K after a transplant, which are the reasons we're supposed to avoid chocolate on D.   :urcrazy;
