Hello folks,
I'll finish training on the NxStage this Friday, and as the subject line implies, I am wondering if there is a pieace of software that will help me download the data from the machine to a PC.

Any input will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you all.

Kayooh....There is a USB port on the machine that you can plug a flashdrive into.  But, when I asked this same question, the tech support team sent me their own and then I could upload to them the data if we were having a problem.  The software needed to "read" the data, though, they did not provide.

Not sure if this helps you or not.  Good luck with NxStage, it is a great thing.

Thanks for the reply.

Oddly I was not notified of your reply by the site as I had requested!

Anyway,
Did they happen to tell you the data structure of what is being copied to the USB flash drive?

Does the copying begin upon inserting the drive?

Thank you
