Oh Sweetpea, sorry I missed this post. Probably because the day you posted was my birthday!
Man this just beats all. I will be praying for you and Hubby. It's a darn shame to have so many things happening at once. First ESRD now Cancer?
Thanks for the update, but I know you have got to be beside yourself.
God Bless You both, Sweetpea. And so sorry I missed this post!

Sweetpea that is so bad. They told my husband he would have to go to another hospital about 4 hours away if he wanted it freezing. ( they go in keyhole and freeze it) They did not want to pull the kidney because of the anesthetic, he has a weak heart. We now have to wait for 6 months to have another CT scan to see if it has grown any more. Life is a sh**er. I hope they get in touch with you soon.

I'd been on dialysis since Nov of 07 when, last spring, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Long story short, the cancer was surgically removed in October. I got a kidney transplant in January. So, have hope. Bright futures are ahead!

OK we made it home from Long Beach, we loved the surgeon, he explained everything to us very clear, them we met with the anestologist and did all the blood work they needed. So as soon as they get the OK form all of that and from his EKG , they will set us up for surgery! The surgery takes about 6 hrs and is very bloody so they will give him blood too, so at least we are getting it all done!
Thanks for all the kind prayers and thoughts, we really appreciate it!
