It is Horrorhound Weeknd, and I cant wait. :)
I am taking P.J. for his birthday.
This weekend I will be ME for once, and not have to worry about anyone telling me to stop being me, to change my clothes, my hair, my way of life, i can be 100 percent ME
I CANT WAIT to meet some of the famous people who will be there!!!!
And i cant wait to people watch all the fellow weirdos!

Im kind of a scaredy cat with some things. I cant stand Alien movies, and i get really freaked out when it comes to anything involving feet or leg injuries!! lol
And i dont do loud noises well, either!! (or large groups!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
Heck, I was nervous just being at IHD in vegas!!
But, I know this is something he really wanted to do, and i wanted to make sure he got to!  And i am really excited about getting to spend the entire weekend with him! We usually only get to see each other on fridays! and the occational wednesday for dinner, as he lives sooo far away! (about an hour and a half!)
It will be alot of fun for me to sit and peoplewatch!!!

GLM met the gorgeous Norman Reedus (Daryl from The Walking Dead)!!!  And now I am so very jealous of her because he's one of my current fancies.

*jealous sigh*

Her updates on Fb suggest that she's having amazing (and much deserved) fun.

That was one of the most exciting weekend of my life! Ive only had 2 'adult' weekend my whole life, Las vegas with you fine folks, and this.
Heres what I did-
I drove forever in the pouring rain, scary stuff, my exit in Ohio was closed for construction so we got lost, way lost... because im a dork and said we were staying at holiday inn... oh no... it was a days inn, also, the addess did not register in our gps, so it took us into the worst part of town ever...
We finally found out hotel at 6pm, checked in, went to eat, then off to the first day of Horrorhound. We walked around, checking out what was up. my bf nearly peed his pants when he saw his idols...
I got to meet the super talented Terrance Zdunich, but i made a complete ass out of myself ... i was sleepy and tongue tied very bad (and very star struck i believe!) He is great, we got to talk for a few minutes!! It was so exciting, i wish i could go back in time and be more level headed and actually talk to the dude instead of act like a dumbass...
We opted to leave early that first night, so we could get up earlier to make sure we got in line before everyone else sat......
So we wake up and get ready, go for some breakfast, and show up 3 hrs early, the line is already about 20 people!!!
I met Norman Reedus, who btw, is super sweet and funny. You should have seen the look on his face when i said, "Totally worth skipping dialysis for..." HA
tons of celebs were there.. but thats all i could afford to get sigs from. yes, they DO charge, and it is NOT cheap!!
Then we went for some lunch at Golden Corral since there isnt one near where i live... went back to the hotel to charge our phones and we FELL ASLEEP lol so we missed some of the celebrity panels, but woke up in time to get to see the costume contest! An adorable little girl won! (ill get those pics up as soon as i can)
Then we waited in line for a traveling "coney island road show" it was awesome, we left that early as well though, because i wasnt feeling well, it was packed and i could barely see the stage, It was a burlesque rock show.
Then we hung out in the lobby of the hotel and people watched, met alot of awesome people...I was a bad girl and had to have a bloody mary
I got a hilarious balloon "animal" LOL its not really appropriate to post here... its a pirate with a.... member... if u catch my drift lol i told the dude to do whatever he wanted, thats what he made me... not really sure why...maybe the bandana i had on my head?
we wnt back to our hotel, where there was a wedding being held... i finally fall asleep thru the noise, and at 3 am i hear banging and yelling, i was angry but i fell back to sleep...
we got up ate some breakfast and went back to the con, we shopped...
i got some awesome stuff... I got a zombie baby, a couple of tshirts, one of them is a zombie Rosie the Rivetter, one is the bride of frankenstien, got one for my son that says Evil Spawn hah, i got jareth a giant gummy snack tongue, we got some movies too. And i got a signed comic by Terrance Zdunich :)
I am so wore out!!!
here are some pics, ill post more when i can, my phone doesnt seem to want to send these when im at home, so when im at dialysis ill send them to myself and do the rest tomorrow

Aw, goth, would you look at that smile you've got in these pics? How wonderful! Sweetie, you could hardly be anything but adorable meeting these celebs with such a magnetic smile. Stop being so hard on yourself! They've no doubt met their share of nervous, star-struck fans, and I imagine they take it as the honour that it is!

I am so thrilled for you.  :yahoo; :yahoo; :yahoo; Thanks for a glimpse into a world I'll never see for myself. :rofl;

More, more, more  :pics; (please!!!)
