Can losing weight help your kt/v when you are on pd(the cycler)? Every since goin back to dialysis my dry weight has increase between 15-25 pounds. I went back to hemodialysis in 2008. I went back to college the same year and my weight ballon  to about 160 pounds. I'm normally between 140-145 pounds. I think the weight gain is from stress and anxiety. But after my junior i got in shape lost the weight. I felt great my body  felt great event he extreme gas pressure went back.  My senior year it all came back. Now i switch to pd and i still have some of that dry weight on me. I was wandering could loosing weight help my kt/v?
