Since I'm kidney free, dialysis is for me.

Mine was "Boring is better."  Exciting was never a good thing.

Now I'm hoping for cariad's "Never again."  I'll settle for "Not for decades!"

Erm, I really don't have a motto. I just try and stay positive and don't let the fact that my kidneys have failed bring me down. *shrug*

Me licking my kidneys from my birthday kidney cake

« Reply #37 on: October 30, 2011, 08:07:06 PM »

When I was doing in center Hemo when they were putting me on I would be telling them what I wanted and I would always say which I could tell for some reason they hated, "Its my body, my health so its my way."

God, I pray I never have to go back to in-center Hemo again!!!!! :pray;

Oh and I stole this one from houseofdialysis aka: Ron and use it every chance I get, "Dialysis works for me, I don't work for dialysis."

those are just two of my 'dialysis' mottos

PS.......... I effin HATE dialysis!!!!!!!!!!  >:(

the Kidney free, dialysis for me is lovely.

I still remind myself that I choose to come in, and get tortured. But then I'm not dead either
