Hi everybody.

My name's Rex, from San Francisco bay area. 35 years old started PD in May 2011.

My Story:  Started out on Baxter, thought everything was going fine then come to find out i was allergic.  Switched to Fresenius, i felt on top of the world. Dialysis was working great lost so much weight in a course of couple months...then things changed.  Here came every kind of cramp you could think of, wheezing , the metal taste and not to mention bloating beer belly. I see everything as a learning process, and dialysis has definitely thrown me a curve ball for sure. The body is a funny thing,  its different for everybody. But this website and its members offer awesome advice and experience. Definitely has helped me.

Hi, Rex.

Yep, it takes a while to sort things out..... but it sounds like you may be on your way to figuring it all out. I'm sorry for the glitches!
