At my center, the staff joked with me that they would be "reviewing" all of the answers from each of us.....after a staff member collected mine, the person came back a few minutes later and 'joked' about why I hadn't written "such and such" in the comments section.

 :rant;
Perhaps they were merely trying to be 'funny', and they are keeping the responses confidential, but it griped me.

If this is typical (I am new to Dialysis, my first annual survey), Davita is kidding themselves if they think they're getting candid responses from patients.     It felt like being in a Dilbert Cartoon with pointy-hair boss.

The cynical side of me concludes that Davita knows full well that the 'reviews' of how they're doing will be very much skewed on account of how they handle this, if indeed my experience is typical.   So they can gather up their 'surveys' and pat themselves on the back and get a big bonus.

Yeah, I took the same survey last week. "Oh, it's confidential, you know." Uh-huh. Confidential with me sitting here taking it right in front of you and then handing it back. Sure. If they really wanted candid answers they'd mail them out. Some of mine sure would have been different.

Northwest Kidney Centers surveys were mailed and the return mail address wasn't NKC it was a firm hired to collate the answers.

Yea, Js clinic had surveys also, but they gave them to you to take home and mail to somewhere, but I don't remember where.  I don't think it is exclusively DAVITA!

They should be mail in surveys, no one tells the truth when they know its not being held in confidence.

As far as I'm concerned they can take their survey and stuff it where the sun don't shine.
