Aloha, thought I would ask as I'll be on a 8 hour flight from Guam to Hawaii.  Is it better to travel with a bag of fluid in you or go empty?  Mahalo for any answers.
Aloha, Komomai :thx;

I would travel with fluid in. However, use green so u don't absorb during the long dwell tome.

Another option is to carry a bag with you on the plane and do an exchange about half way through. Just a thought.

When Hubby and I traveled on longer trips, we actually carried supplies with us, did a treatment in the airports medical room, and then drained and filled him when we got to our destination.

But for that length of travel, I'd recommend Ico if you use it. (7.25 I think, purples)

Anything else, you WILL be absorbing.
