Hey my name is reno and i'm from Dallas TX, I'm 26 ears ol and ive been on dialysis since i was 15, My story started about around christmas i just got real sick wasn't able to keep any thing down not even water so my family decided to take me to the hospital and then of course they took some blood from me then later came back to tell me that i have kidney failure but they just can't seem to find out why and how, so the kidney dr that was on call told me that they were going to have to put me on dialysis right away. so i was on dialysis for about a year and 1 month before i got that phone call for a transplant and that kidney gave me 3 great wounderfull years without dialysis before it stopped working.then of course i had to get back on dialysis and i've been on it ever since.
I found out about ihd from one of my freinds who is also on dialysis , and i'm here to meet other pepole knows how i feel and what i'm going threw.

A big to you... It always sucks when i hear of someone so young dealing with this, but deal you must and you've come to a great place to share and learn. We've got other youngens that have some great attitudes for what they're dealt and i hope you find great comfort here. All the best and love to hear more from ya soon...

Hey Reno, welcome to IHD. Keep spreading the word about this site. It is awesome! I know how it feels to get a transplant, get you life back and then lose it all once again. Sucky! I hope you check in often. Rerun, Moderator
