My name is Erin, I am Sara's sister. The person on Dialysis is Sara's husband Joe. Why am I here, you may ask? Well, I do like my sister (sometimes) and she is very dedicated to staying on track of her husband's health problems. So I am here to support her in whatever way I can.
I'm 23, in Jacksonville, Florida, and I am a (currently not enrolled) college student. I would really like to be a librarian, but right now I work in the accounting dept. at a national chain bulk-buy store. If you've seen the movie "Employee of the Month", that's a scarily accurate depiction of my work environment.
So, anyway, that's my story, look forward to talking with some of y'all soon.

Wow, this is great of you, Erin! Shows how much you care for your sister - that is great! Welcome to our community. You will notice that we are not only about dialysis. There is lots and lots of interesting stuff on this website. Of course, it will help you understand better what your brother in law and sister are going through. But there is also lots of fun stuff. Looking forward to hearing more from you.

Erin, welcome to our site. We welcome healthy people too. Maybe you can give us some in-site on some of "the outside" things. I tend to get wrapped up in my own world of dialysis to remember what "normal" is. Sara is great. We don't hear from Joe, but I'm sure he is great too. You are very caring to come here and see what we do and what your sister and Joe are going through.
Hope to hear from you lots.

Erin, glad you have joined us. Know that your great sis has had some personal challenges lately and I am sure you are a great support to her and Joe. Nice that you care so much to see what it is they are dealing with related to dialysis.
