After I started doing exchanges at home, I could tell my wife was a bit unnerved by my catheter. Yes, there is no real way to hide it as I wear a belt to keep it from dangling every place. One night to try to help her relax I walked into our bedroom naked without my PD belt, catheter hanging down at my knees, and struck a classic body builder pose.

She asked, "What are you doing?"

I replied, I just wanted you to be sure to tell your friends how awesome it is to have a man with 18 inches dangling between his legs.

She laughed.

If I was swinging 18 inches that thin, I'd have to roll it up just to make a decent attempt with it, including the transfer set. That said, I know my nurse would flip out if I even thought about making a catheter dildo.
