Hi
All you lovely people !
I have not been here in a while.

I have been HAPPY ! Yes very happy! :cheer:

I've been too busy living my life and less talking about it.
I feel relatively well.
Going for another "small" operation towards end Nov. (all my operations start small and then explode into something serious)
Oh and I am in love again - same husband - after 22 years : you can say it : aaaaaahhhhhh
I didn't think I can love him more than I already do - but it has happened.
Yes, he has been my hero and more. :guitar:
Made a new and dear friend on IHD (Isabella13) She has been my rock!
We plan to meet very soon.

Just know I am doing very well.

Lots of love

D

Excellent news, Des! So glad to hear this!

They say "living well is the best revenge". Way to show kidney failure who's in charge!

New friends, and falling deeper into love with existent friends - two of life's greatest offerings.

Keep enjoying yourself!

Great to hear Des - you're doing exactly what I advocate - living life to the fullest and not letting the disease take over. Very well done!! So I understand you not being on here much, but by the same token we all love to hear that you are going along ok - so thank you very much for the update and sharing!!

Oh, Des,

This surely warms the cockles of my heart!  :cuddle;

I've had some other very sad news recently and nothing sounds better right now than the lilt in your voice and the love in your heart.

I'm so happy for you. And may that small operation stay small and minor!  :pray;

Love to you.
