Hey Guys,

Been a while since ive been on here so just thought id update ya on whats happening with me! :D

Finally on the list after doing dialysis for 18months! Pretty pointless really since im getting a transplant from my mum. She has had all the tests done finally and shes all clear. We are both going seeing the assessment team on 2nd August so hopefully it will all go as planned and we will get a date soon.

Hopefully this nightmare will be over heh

Well........ IM GETTING MY TRANSPLANT 16TH SEPTEMBER!!! WOOOOOO lol i was given 19th August today which is only a few week ago but they called and said they cant do that now something to do with the legal stuff cant get an appointment for it but ah well! September is only around the corner and its 4 days after my birthday lol so big party before hand eh.

Mum is brillaint for doing this for me. Hopefully she will be ok afterwards :)

Admin for IHateDialysis 2008 - 2014, retired.
Jenna is our daughter, bad bladder damaged her kidneys.
Was on in-center hemodialysis 2003-2007.
7 yr transplant lost due to rejection.
She did PD Sept. 2013 - July 2017

Huzzah!  Big party afterwards as well (because you should be able to drink!)  Hope it all goes well ... make sure you pop back on and tell us how fabulous it is to be OFF DIALYSIS!
