Well our daughter gets married on Saturday, she has been living with her partner for 17 years and has two children. We have been getting ready for this wedding for over a year and it is all coming together nicely. Except hubby has been ill for the last 6 months and every day I dread it because I am thinking, he will not be well on the day.His illness has really taken the shine off what should be a lovely day. I know he can not help it but I feel so sad. Sad for him because we thought the day would never come when he would be giving his daughter away, sad for my daughter because she knows how ill her father is. Please keep us in your prayers, that he will be well enough to do this.

Awww, billybags.  How exciting, yet how sad all rolled up in one little ball.  I'm sure it will be a most magical day.  He WILL walk her up the aisle and it WILL create wonderful family memories for you to treasure always.  I'll be thinking of you all.

On a lighter note, I'll also be keeping my *fingers crossed* that thie nasty weather takes a turn for the better.  I mean, a little rain in July is fine, but torrential downpours and extreme windy-ness? That's just tsk-worthy. Wishing you all a fabulous (rain-free and perky) day.

*huggles*

Hoping for you all that the sun shines through the clouds, literally and figuratively, on Saturday.    :flower; :grouphug; :flower;

Thanks every one for your kind thoughts and wishes. We got a phone call from our nurse to-day to say hubbies iron count is really low and he has to have an iron infusion and they will give it to him Thursday, so hopefully it will boast him up a bit. He may even be able to have a slow dance with his daughter, that would be lovely.I will post some pic's after the wedding. I take a crap photo.
