I had the 3000 mile three day check up at Kaiser.
I went to the ER Tuesday night 11p.m. with a fever of 101.4.
They admitted me due to the low blood pressure I was throwing their way. 80/35 is low.
So, three days of observation and blood work and antibiotics, and here I am home again.

No diagnosis just put me in and observed me for three days. I think I freaked the ER nurse out with the low bp.

i consider it a cause for celebration if i go to the er for any reason and they don't keep me. i'm sure they drew enough blood to drown an elephant! glad your home.

Blood work for cultures, blood work to see if everything was good, more blood work. I think I left the prerequisite pint.  However I will give kudos to the ER nurse who stuck me ONCE for the IV and starting blood work.  Plus the techs that came in to stick me for blood only had to stick me once each time.  Since my veins suck rocks it was a good thing!
