Benefit show!
«

Some of friends of mine are putting together a benefit show for my transplant fund, and I couldn't be more excited.
1) I'm floored they would even think to do this and I don't think I derserve it.
2) THE BANDS!!!
The bands are local legends.
Coffin Syrup, local grind core band that has toured Europe last year.
Your Chance to Die, South Carolina band that just signed to Red Cord Records, and are WONDERFUL!
Tripping The Mechanism, possibly the best metal trio ever. Just pure intensity!
Centura, local thrashy upstarts with former members of Infamous.
E.O.D!!! The world's most brutal party band!
I'm writing some music instrument companies like ESP, Fender, etc for something to raffle off. I hope to hear from someone in that regard, but this show is going to RULE!!!!
This show will be about the bands first and me a distant second. I'm more excited about this line up of a show than any pending transplant for me. I'm THAT excited about it!!!
I need to get my priorities in line, but wow!

I would have thought that some of these bands would be performing...
Corpse's Toenails, ESRD or maybe even I Dare You to Die
(My dream job is to make up names for bands...)
That's wonderful that your friends are doing this for you. I can see why you'd be more excited about the lineup than the transplant. I can't wait to hear more.

I think an awesome name for a metal band would be "Violators Will Be Prosecuted".
