Hi,
Not sure who will remember me but I used to come on here under another name (which I cant think of!). I needed a bit of a break from talking about dialysis for a while as it was getting me down. Im now doing ok and since converting to fresenius things have been easier. A bit about me in case you have forgotten.......I am on home HD and have been since August 2005. Been on nocturnal HD since November 2005. Started peritoneal dialysis in 2003, cant remember when and would rather keep it that way. PD was nothing but trouble, and I was extremely ill for nearly 2 years until they finally found out the cause. I had a transplant in 1994 which lasted a good 7 years then started to dwindle up to 9.5 years. So Im told, 9.5 years is pretty good.
Thats probably enough about me, see you in the forums.

Cheers

Amber

This story - http://ihatedialysis.com/forum/index.php?topic=2660.0 - you will have lots to read.  I formatted it altogether and it is 17 pages.  But it is going so well.  we encourage everyone to put in their piece.
