I know my skin has been very dry and irritated but its to the point now that my skin is bright red around my feet and lower legs, anyone else experience this? I am diabetic but my numbers have been good, I also have high blood pressure but I keep that pretty well under control too. I'm not swollen really, I don't have much fluid on these days. I can't think of anything else other than my skin just being really dry and irritated... I do have eczema.

I am a diabetic as well.  I do not have eczema or high blood pressure.  My  lower legs (ankles and tops of feet) itch quite often.  I carry a Cortisone 10 Plus creme with me all the time.  It takes away some of the itching.  I am not sure why it itches, but it is unbearable at times.
