We are spending the summer in WI and hauling everything I needed was impossible.  One of the thing I left behind was the cooler for keeping my bags warm.  I just put a large towel in one of the solution boxes added my heating pad, put in the bags, covered with another towel.  I then used an extra bag to weight down the flaps of the box.  Since the boxes are heavy-duty cardboard it works like a charm.  Give it a try even if you are staying home.

So great that you can get a way like that!  Have a great time and please be Safe!!!

JLM, that's agood strategy for keeping the bags warm. The one I like is putting the bag on the dashboard of the car on a sunny day. LOL, it works. :)

We are staying here for 3 months, and yes, I am female.  I bring very little in the way of clothing.  Here, I have access to Yonkers, Kohl's plus the clothing at yard sales are so much better than in our area in TX.  One year I had to ship a 33 pound box of garage sale finds t clinic and here with a Baxter clinic.o our home in TX.

I have been on CAPD since the last week in April and, most likely go on the cycler in Sept after returning home.  At home I am at a Fresenius clinic and here with a Baxter clinic.

Which is better....... I can't tell you, in the both clinics the nurses are wonderful.  The method of connecting is different, but neither is difficult.  Both require the same things from me, ordering supplies, keeping records, taking my meds and keep an eye on what is happening to my body.  Go figger, eh?
