I wish they would put one on Viagra saying "Do not laugh whilst waiting for this to work" We tried these a few years ago and could not do any thing for laughing, waiting for it to work. In the end we gave up. Such is life.

I saw a commercial for some colon heath pill, and in the fine print, which is really hard to see, it said that the product had not yet been FDA approved.  I'm not sure how legal that is, and I don't think I'd want to take something that hasn't been tested by FDA or Health Canada.

Sadly, this is the one that got me: "If you experience unexplained muscle pain or weakness, this is a sign of a rare but serious side effect."  I took Zocor for exactly one month and that's exactly what I got.  It's called rhabdomyolisis.  I had 18% function before I started the Zocor and went down to 0 while in the hospital (it ultimartly went back to 11%).

"Women who are pregnant should not take (hair loss medication I forget the name of) because of the risk of a specific type of birth defect."

They never say what the birth defect is.  Hairy baby?

gum overgrowth, excess growth of facial and body hair

I had to laugh a bit at this one.  Gum overgrowth I never got but the growth of facial and body hair not such a bad thing if your a guy.  A REALLY cool thing if your a 13 y.o. boy.  I was shaving in the 7th grade and had the coolest sideburns (they were hip back in the 70's).  Girls also loved the chest hair not so much that there was a lot but it was thin and very soft.  ;D

Sometimes side effects have their advantages.

I think every drug I take says "may cause constipation."  You get enough of those drugs together and yup, you're gonna experience constipation!

May cause vision loss, hearing loss, death. If you have an ..... that last more than 4 hours, your should contact your physician.

Guess which medication this is. I won't say what color, but if you saw Dennis Leary special (boring), he went over a few meds due to annoying commercials.

I wonder who you should contact if you experience death?.........especially if it lasts more than 4 hours.
