GLM, my son is 19; he's an adult, so I have to let him play outside! He is in his second year of college; he has to take two busses from home to get to classes, so he HAS to be independent. In the UK where he lives, the availability of public transport means it is easier to be independent at a younger age. It has always been tempting to be over-protective of him because of his mild disability, but we've worked really hard to make him as ABLE as possible, and it has paid off.
Thats good that hes independent, despite his disability.
Who says you have to let him play outside?!?! lol im kidding.
Best thing today? I am awake, after being up until 3 am, making the last of the christmas ornaments for my family! They did NOT turn out very good, I have no idea what happened.... I think my clay is old or something? And painting them took Forever because im shaking all the time.
Im on my way to D now, got my elf hat on
