Hi I am Vivien Sevier,
I am from Houston, Tx. Two years ago I was diagnosed with ESRD. I was put on dialysis immediately. I hate Dialysis. I'm on the machine right now. I finally convinced the unit manager to get WiFi so I would be able to use my laptop and I wouldn't be so bored.

Welcome Vivien. Yes, boredom is a very common problem at dialysis. I'm glad you got WiFi and can do some internetting while on the machine!!

Hey, I'm from Houston, too! I was down there just 6 weeks ago. Whereabouts in the city are you?
I'm not on dialysis yet, but it's just a matter of time, and I know I'm gonna hate it!

Thank all of you for the warm welcome. I am doing ok. Considering PD at home now after 2 years. On transplant active list Dr. says maybe in 6 more months I should get a call. Going on my first trip for a week and gonna have to get dialysed at a guest unit in San Marcos Tx. I do't know what to expect.
Has anyone on dialysis gone on a cruise. Please tell me about the procedures. I so want to go on a cruise. Looking forward to hearing from you.
Be Blessed.
