Poor guy, he has not felt well for quite a while and no one seems to be able to help him. He's lost more weight and isn't able to eat (the gastro doc is admitting him.) I pray they find out what is going on and get him feeling better!
 :cuddle; Love you Chris!

Yes, he's been struggling for quite some time.  I hate to hear of anyone going into the hospital, but in this case, it may be just what he needs.  I'm very eager to hear what the problem is.  I do worry about him.

Sorry to hear this, Chris.

Is he at Northwestern? I sincerely hope he is long out of the hospital by the time Gwyn and I head down next.

Thinking of you, Chris. I'm sorry I have not been in touch. Would love to hear from you when you are up to it. :grouphug;

From his facebook:
One bad day today in the hospital. Need something good to happen, not the other way around.

Someone needs to be a smart ass so I can laugh, or need another dose of IV pain med that made me loopy.

Heck Chris, if you're not laughing, at least send us a rear shot of you in the hospital gown so we can laugh instead!

From his facebook yesterday:

Yes I am home now. Got home at 9 pm Friday due to delay of transport service which then had a problem. I was picked up by the wrong driver. Buckled into van ready to go, driver calls dispatch who tellss him he has the wrong patient at the s...ame time the correct driver walks up. Get out of van, into another and wait while the two shoot the shit as the old saying goes.

Transplant doc was going to keep me one more day till the floor doc convinced him otherwise.

So far I have leg swelling and vision change, so no driving. Also black and blue with all the heparin injections and still in pain from those.

Pets are happy to see me. Now need to clean the house more and use Clorox wipes on doors with all the meds. Haven't looked at my labs yet to see WBC.

............

 :waving; Hey Chris, hope you get some rest and feel better!

Thinking of you Chris.     I agree with aharris2 --- it will be fun one day to be together again.  I want another Chicago hot dog!  Or pizza.  We had such a good time in Chicago.

Take care and keep resting.  We all love you and want you to feel better.    :cuddle;
