I need to find a heparin pump to start nocturnal......  what are others using.....and whats the dosage....

Medfusion 2001 or 2010

What I used to find my heparin rate.
Dose for short run=initial bolus.
Dose for short run/7.5= per hour rate for 8 hour run, designed to end 30 min before end of run. 

I ended up running heparin all the way to the end  because I clot so easily.  This is a starting point, and you may need to increase hourly dosage if you clot, or you may want to reduce it slightly if you bleed too long.
