Finally out of hospital again I am so tired of the stays it seems like I have spent most of this year in one.
My Dr. has me going on long term disability and it has not come in yet and there is no money I had to break down and go apply for food stamps just to feel the kids. some days i just want to give up, but I have to keep fighting for my kids and me Oh well I just needed to vent i am so very tired and need to get some rest

Diane I am so sorry for that mess you are in. The good news is that it will come along and you can laugh at this. You are right, hospital says should belimited to one week every 20 years or so, whether you need it or not!!! As my Mom used to tell me, Keep you chin up, this too will pass.

Diane, my heart goes out to you and your family.
I know all to well how a hospital stay can wear on you and the family.
I spent 8 weeks in the hospital for my liver transplant and out of state, to boot!!
I will tell you as Jean said..."keep you chin up...this to shall pass" Its soooooooooo true!!!
You will get through it!!!! Positive outlook as much as possible. I know we all get down through these "life bumps" but the positive outlook will get you through it!
Stay strong!

Hospitals are no place to get rest! I hope you recover better at home. Is there anyone that can help you? Friends? Family? Church? Sending you HUGS - take care Dyann.

Ah Dyann, I am so sorry. This isn't the way life is suppose to be. Worrying about your health is enough, but then to add money woes on top, well some days it is too much. I wish I had a magic wand for you. Dump your problems here - we are great listeners. Sending you some hugs

Believe me, I know how you feel.
In 2009, I had nine surgeries.
There's no way to take a detached attitude toward a track record like that.
Hopefully you'll be past all that soon, and be able to go a much longer time period without having to be in hospital again.

You sound worn out
. Money problems are enough strain in themselves. Have you any family nearby? that could give you a break /invite you for a meal at theirs? Rest as much as you can right now and i know its of no comfort, but its strange how when money is thin on the ground how you adapt to becoming frugal .
