Hi all, new to this site.  Happy to find some like-minded folk and I love reading the posts. Thanks.  Starting my training tomorrow in NYC at Rogosin Institute.  Very excited and very nervous.  Eager to get started however and looking forward to the next part of this journey.  Grateful for everyone's experience, strength and hope.  I am a otherwise healthy 41 year old mom.  I teach First Grade and love it! Living non-related transplant December 2007 (no dialysis prior to transplant). Failed in December 2009 and it was removed in February. Started in-center dialysis on January 5, 2010.  Would like more health, energy, freedom and time with my beautiful 11 year old daughter.  Training by myself and ready for it! Be well.

Smart Choice!  The first few days were overwhelming for me - all those clamps and tubes.  But quickly made sense.
I do feel better and recover much more.  The only thing I found hard was giving up my "4 days of freedom".

I'm always eager to hear about people's experiences with NxStage training as I hope to do the same one day.  So, please share!!!
