Couple caught having sex in store bathroom

A Walgreens employee was surprised to discover a couple having intimate relations in the store's bathroom Thursday.

The assistant manager told the Safford Police that the loss prevention officer advised her to check the bathroom, and she saw a couple having intercourse on the floor.

The couple was later identified as being Jason Roybal, 37, of Clifton, and his wife, Trinette, 38.

Jason told officers he had just found out he had to go on dialysis, and the couple got the urge to have relations and decided to use the bathroom.

The couple said they were transported down to Safford from Clifton for a doctor's appointment by Safe Ride.

The assistant manager said Walgreens would press charges against the couple, and they would no longer be welcome at the store.

A copy of the police report was forwarded to the County Attorney's office for review for possible charges of public sexual indecency.

Ewww, the bathroom floor. Of all places, te bathroom floor just says dirt to me.

Eye impairments and blindness in one eye began in 95, major one during visit to the Indy 500 race of that year
   -glaucoma and surgery for that
     -cataract surgery twice on same eye (2000 - 2002). another one growing in good eye
     - vitrectomy in good eye post tx November 2003, totally blind for 4 months due to complications with meds and infection

Diagnosed with ESRD June 29, 1999
1st Dialysis - July 4, 1999
Last Dialysis - December 2, 2000

Kidney and Pancreas Transplant - December 3, 2000

Cataract Surgery on good eye - June 24, 2009
Knee Surgery 2010
2011/2012 in process of getting a guide dog

I dont think I would want to have sex in my OWN bathroom, never mind a public one. A little comfort here!!! But, I dont think they should be prosecuted either.

well it's one way to deal with the news of having to start dialysis. Hmm I can't remember what I did.. I don't think sex came into it though - sadly!!!

I think it's a bit much to throw the book at them. I mean a bit of fun with your wife.. how many times does it go in every day in public toilets around the world? I am not saying I condone it, but geez give them a warning, or tell them to be more discrete or something!

It's not like they were doing it on one of the beds on the showroom floor or something (like the Simpsons episode where Homer goes to sleep in a display bed and is given a salesman's job...).

Is this time place for me to relate my story about being kicked out of a department store lingerie department when I went in with an ex-girlfriend for her buy some underwear...???  :rofl; :rofl; :rofl; :rofl;

Gee I remember when I got the news I might need to start dialysis, sex was not on the list of things I need to do at the the moment. I beleive I tried to think back at all the rotten evil things I had done in my life than looked up at the sky and said "touché".
