bringing my access closer to the surface?

One of the reasons why you have to use a turnakit to kanulate me is because my graft hasn't risen to the surface yet. My center says it should the more they use it. My question is is there anything I can do on my own to help this process?
The way my graft is the ends are at the surface but it's deep and shallow in the middle.

I have a fistula. So I don't know if the procedure is the same or not. When my fistula was made I was told they would have raise it to the surface in 6 weeks. I had 4 small incisions and had to stay over night because of drainage. The Dr. told me it was an easy op. just slow and tedious. I started using my fistula 2 months later and have not had to return to the vascular surgeon since. My fistula was placed Dec.08, revision done  March 09 and I started D May 09.

Your vascular surgeon may have to revise it and bring it closer to the top.

My vascular surgeon "pulled up" my vein and stiched it to the underside of my skin to avoid this very problem.  I think it must be very close to the surface of my skin and that's why I can feel it buzz and faff about so much.

Jenn's cephalic vein was crooked and deep in her arm for awhile.  The surgeon put stents in it to straighten it out and that brought it up to the surface.  It failed after two years and she just had her basilic vein moved.
