Fresenius is the company in charge of doing my monthly supply delivery. They are supposed to "rotate" the stock so we use the old supplies first and use the fresh ones later...well....that's the idea. So far the driver we got refuses to rotate the stock...so my wife and my son end doing it as usually my energy level is super low. He has not done it 4 times out of 4 deliveries...regardless of phone calls to their supervisor. Any ideas?....it drives me crazy as I know that they charge for the service...and that my family has to do what this lazy guy does not feel like doing...grrrrrrrrr  :banghead;

You could get out a big stick and wait for the delivery guy to show up!

Call Fresenius up and complain!! I was with Fresenius and they actually told me if the driver does NOT rotate to tell them because that is his job. Mine wasn't rotating neither but mine was a nice guy named Steve who when I explained it is too hard for me to do he started doing it but didn't understand how to rotate as he didn't know the colour and different percentages. So I taught him and he started rotating them just fine (I had to supervise as he would mix some of the order up .. I guess we know it because we have to :P )

He has not done it 4 times out of 4 deliveries...regardless of phone calls to their supervisor. Any ideas?....it drives me crazy as I know that they charge for the service...and that my family has to do what this lazy guy does not feel like doing...grrrrrrrrr  :banghead;
Oh .... wow I am surprised! Really surprised! That supervisor SUCKS then!!  :banghead; What supervisor are you calling? The delivery supervisor or the actual Fresenius people who you call to place your order with?

What team do you deal with?  They recently changed.  They are routinely supposed to rotate your stock.  Get out that little sheet you should have received when you first started and get the supervisor and their name and speak to them, or get your Home Training nurse on it!  This actually is pretty unusual as my patients always say the delivery guys are quite polite and helpful.  It is the first complaint I've heard!

I also have Fresenius, for me they have been very nice and doing their job. One driver I had wasn't rotating and I called Fresenius and spoke to his supervisor, unfortunately that driver was fired, which I did not want but I guess he was giving problems for a lot of people for awhie now. All my other drivers are good and do what they need to, and if not Fresenius takes care of it and they are really nice. I would call back if I was you and ask to speak with someone else.

Good luck.

Update: My wife took care of it, as she believes I have way too much in my hands (nice wife!). She spoke with the Supervisor and he explained to her that they are hiring another Company to deliver on their behalf...and that they have lots of complaints. They are looking to replace this inefficient Company for another one...but no luck so far. The promise is that next time they will send another Company to do our delivery. ROTATION is part of their contract...they get paid to do it. Will see.... :-[
