So my parents own my grandmas condo in Alberta, Canada. Today they get an email stating that they have been sued and lost, the tenant that was living there before left, without giving a 30 days notice. The realty company is suing my parents for garnished money because they had a cleaning crew come in and clean. I dont understand how this is even legal, because they didnt notify my parents when the lawsuit was filed, and the guy left without notifying anyone!  I SWEAR if its not one thing its another, OH and mom got a letter from medicaid, they might take her medicaid away because she didnt reapply for it, but they didnt send any paper work!!! grrr  :Kit n Stik;
