To all members,

I would like you all to welcome "goofynina" (Susie) as the new IHD Administrator. At this point in time she is in training and on probation. Goofynina has proved herself to be a very loyal member, and worked hard at her previous position as a "Mod". Susie shares the same passion and commitment to IHD as I do and that is why this is the next logical step for her.

Susie will now have all the abilities I have, she will "approve" new members, ban members, handle various "behind the scenes" duties, such as "backups" and perform overall forum maintenance. If you have a problem feel free to address it with me or my second in command, goofynina and she will handle it. I will still maintain my role of Admin/Owner.

The only thing different now is the structure of the IHD Management Team, It is as Follows:

Epoman
Administrator/Owner

goofynina
Administrator

Rerun
Global Moderator

bajanne2000
Global Moderator

I will be adding a new mod shortly, to take the place of goofynina's old position, as this site definitely needs at least 3 mods. So once again please take a moment to welcome "goofynina" as our new Administrator.

On a personal note, I would like to add that I think goofynina is an amazing person, and I feel sad for not having the opportunity to meet her sooner in life, or under better circumstances. I can honestly say that I love Susie (goofynina) like a big sister. a much, much, much older big sister.  >:D  ;D  ;)

Thank you, each and every one of you,  If it wasnt for all of you, i wouldnt enjoy being here as much as i do.  It is so funny,  i talk about each and every one of you to my friends and family as if i knew you personally (practically do) ;)   God Bless Epoman for bringing us all together this way, even though it's not for a good reason (dialysis) it sure has become an important part of my life.  Thank you for accepting me and my wicked and somewhat weird sense of humor ;)  watch out, cuz there is more where that came from  >:D ::)  Love to you all........
