Article on transplants in Canada

Hi all;

This is an article from the Globe and Mail, which is one of the national papers in Canada.  The article is about transplantation in Canada and the lack of a strong national organisation to co-ordinate efforts across the country.  It is an eye-opener, but I am not sure how this situation could be resolved since healthcare remains primarily a provincial matter.
