What's got me, is that even tho the story is saying they were removed from "public" toilets...the picture certainly looks like they were installed AT THE BAR....and were "Designed by Viennese artist Rudolf Scheffel for the “toilet-bar Vienna” ."
Are Austrian men now considered to be the laziest men on the earth or maybe just the most avid drinkers?
Nice touch to include that the establishment was right next to the Opera House...hehe...those wacky Austrians  :beer1;

Sheeesh - you're right! I didn't even notice that you could
drink and drain at the same time!!! I'd say that's a better
reason for the brew-ha-ha!
