well, it's done! had my plasty done today.... Brianna, you were right the dye hurt..... the fistula was occluded so the dye stayed in one spot, burnt like the bejesus! they ballooned a few spots, all but one with general, the one without was a little painful for a few seconds but ok after that. I think the worst bit was the stitches becuase the local had worn off and he did them without adding more (i agreed to not get another needle).

The Dr was really good, he checked my fucntion before going free with the dye (i've just lost my residual function so he was happy he could be free with it). He even gave me a picture to take home.

My arm is a nice size now (frankenstiens arm), before i had a painful bump just over the scar from the narrowing, that's gone and all is well for now (he explained about the wire procedure incase it narrows again). i hopefully start home hd training on the 8th Feb.... i go straight to training, hanging on with pitiful PD till then (it's so not working well anymore.... gonig to miss my machine though).

Anyway Cheers.
