home hemo machine spitting!!!

We use a fresenius  home hemo machine. There is a little tube coming out the back for a vent. Usually nothing comes out of it but last night it started spitting water big time. I had to put towels on the floor and this morning they were soaked!!  Called the tech -she doesn't think it is anything wrong that we wouldn't be able to use the machine. probably just air in there somewhere that is trying to come out and it is forcing water out too.  She told us to put a little more hose on it and let the end go into a pail. Hubby is going to do that in a few minutes.  Tech is supposed to be here sometime later in the week to do regular maintenance on the machine anyway and we are supposed to get a new machine later in the spring.

Didn't hurt the vinyl flooring and we have sealer all along the baseboards so no water can go out there!!!  Fixed for tonight.  Walt put more tubing on it and has the tubing going into a vinegar bottle!!
