Where's your will to be weird?

Mikes creatinine was around 1400 when he first started CAPD [Manual bags]
It got down to 700, and they had to put him on the APD machine because he is a high transporter. Now his creatinine has risen slowly back to 1400 again, so he has two options.. to go back on the manual bags OR to do one extra exchange during the day.
At the moment he is dry during the day, and if he does the one exchange during the day, he will have to be wet [which he says would be fine].

We are just tossing up what to do!  :waiting;
