Thanks to that doctor putting the fear of god into me about needing that Urgent Emergency Op on wednesday, my panic attacks are back . Oh dear god what next ? Every little gripe , every bit of wind, every little twinge has now got me having a panic attack. What if i have got it ? what if i have to go back and face that doctor? Ive been fine on hemo today , got them to check my temp , it was normal , its just now im sat here at home alone , everything little thing thats going on inside feels like x 10 , you know a bit of wind build up or something . I think im one step away from a break down to be honest .

Urgent Emergency Op on Wednesday, but now you're OK?
You don't need to worry, clearly your guardian angel is looking after you.

Who can blame you for being overly anxious after what you went through this week. Cut yourself a little slack, you are handling this situation far better than many could in similar situations. Hang in there Kickstart.

Kickstart, you are not the one in the wrong here, the doc is in the wrong. Take a deep breath. Come on, you are brave you know, look what you have gotten through!

Kickstart,
you're having a kind of post-traumatic stress disorder.
As time goes on, it will fade.
In the meantime, just remember: No panic attack, no matter how severe, can ever put you on that "stairway to heaven." The bark is much worse than the bite!
