I had Goodpasture's Disease in 2001, which left my kidneys scarred and failing.
It would have been nice to have an easier treatment because the cytoxin and high doses of Prednisone was a killer.
Hopefully treatment options will be available in the future for the poor soul's who get stuck with this debilitating disease.

Much appreciate the article on EPO... My mum is on Arenesp, but thankfully as she's on CAPD, and doing well, she only needs one Arenesp 10 injection every two weeks...

It's certainly something I'll be watching out for in the future, though...
