My husbands neph finally listened about the RSL, he prescribed a drug called Mirapexin. Last night he took his first tablet and he was a wake all night. He said the tablet had the same effects as Viagra (am I glad I was a sleep) It hasn't done that for a couple of years, oh going off my story. To-day he went for his hemo and crashed a couple of times, this is the first time this has happened in 10 weeks. He felt sick. his blood pressure dropped really low, he was sweating and felt ill. Does any one on here take this drug and do you think it was the drug or taking off too much fluid? Hope you are reading this Doc.

Billybags , sounds like fluid , im having a down time too at hemo . I dont know why the doc would prescribe that with that side effect !!!! Ask for co-beneldopa , it works brill and has no visible side effects, ive been on it for years and it still works and im the devils very own for side effects and tablet sensitivity !

Kickstart, He did ask for co-beneldopa  and they said they don't use that. Such is life. Suffice to say he has not taken another one. He said he would stick to paracetamole and suffer.Hope your having a good day to-day.

I wonder why they dont use it ? cost ? The only other thing i can think he could try is either to keep his legs cold or hot , some people find relief from either one of these, for me its cold !
