In da House.

« on: August 11, 2009, 10:15:31 AM »

Thanks to everyone for all your good wishes , this time tomorrow it should all be over and i will be on the road to Hemo ! I must admit im feeling rather upset tonight , as usual my family are not there for me again. My mums been supportive on the phone but she has something wrong with her hip right now , so of course the rest of the relatives are rallying round her , while im just left to get through this alone. I will draw my strength from all your good vibes and hopefully be back soon ,feeling brighter ..and wittier  :2thumbsup; Take care everyone , catch up with you soon.....  love KICKSTART  xxx

Waiting to hear back from you KS and you are most definitely NOT going through this alone.  I'm just hoping that all of us going with you to the hospital don't get in the way of the surgeon trying to do his/her job

Yes KS it sucks I think because a lot of family members and friends can often feel helpless in terms of knowing what they can do or feeling there is nothing much they can do.. but it sucks when you don't even get people asking after you or wanting to check in. Never fear though - your IHD family loves you and wants to know!!! :cuddle;

Good luck Kickstart! I know how you feel going through things alone. I live by myself at the moment and majority of my family is far away.

Oh, sorry you had to switch - but I hope it makes you feel better, and hopefully the hemo nurses do better than the ones you had for pd!
