Low quality chicken, mediocre technique.

If you are int he Seattle area, and have  a hankering for Chicken that is not fried, go to San Fernando's Peruvian Roasted Chicken at 99 Hwy and 208th Street SW in Lynnwood.  Its in the strip mall next tot he Dyacare center, South from the Walgreens.


Fried Chicken? 
Ezell's.  Duh.
