Going through life tied to a chair!

You need to step back and think of your Mom.  Is she healthy, is her blood pressure stable.  Does she feel comfortable with surgery.  If you are both down who will take care of both of you?

These are the questions you both will be asked.

Best of luck!

I wish you both the very best.  If your mom needs information and/or support in regard to being a living donor, livingdonorsonline.org is great place to find both.  http://www.livingdonorsonline.org/cgi-bin/dcforum/dcboard.cgi is the address to go to for a message board where folks can ask questions and share experiences.
