transplanting when patient has hiv, Hep-b and HPV

has anyone had a transplant with other chronic conditions ( I have HIV , Hep-b ,HPV ) I'm active on the list but was told the three conditions could get worse due to immunsupressant drugs

Hi fizzthere, my daughter works in the HIV/AIDS field and I was asking her if she knew the answer to your question.  She said she will do some research and talk to her contacts and will get back to me.  What is your transplant center telling you?  I hope we can find some answers.  You are dealing with a lot of factors.

Well the HPV was anal warts and I went to colon surgery and had them removed .. that was the last step i had to do to be put on the active transplant list. The biopsies showed they were pre cancerous. The doctors are worried they could come back and be worse or turn cancerous with the immune suppresent drugs. I don't want to end up with a colostomy bag, they left the transplant ? up to me and I said yes. Also HIV and HEP-b are undetectable and those doctors gave the ok , but also conditions could get worse. Just hoping someone had the same situation and wondering about their outcome
