The police were not letting anyone in or out of neighborhoods and helicopters were all over the place. Is there anywhere safe? We live in the sticks and this kind of stuff never use to happen here.

twirl, on the bottom left there is an arrow pointing to the right, click on that. We are fine, just postponed our grocery shopping. My son lives right across the street from the CVS and he said that cops have been parked on his road all day. Yes, out babies are microchipped.  :cuddle;

Don't let Len, Willie, Winnie, Mouse, or you   :rofl;  out of your sight for a second.  Do you own mace?  a gun?  a baseball bat?  What in the world is this world of ours coming to?  Stay safe.  Can Billy come over and spend the night with you guys tonight?  Just say the word and Marvin and I will be on your doorstep in six hours -- and we'll bring another vicious "attack" dog (Hop-Sing, who hides under the bed when the UPS man comes to the house  :rofl; ).  I'm picking and teasing, but you know I'm worried about you.

I made you something during IKE
by candel light
and let me tell you I know why women  in the old days went insane and shot their husbands
I am behind due to IKE
but one of these days
glad your doggies know how to swim
do they have life jackets
this thing I made remember I was under stress and candle light------ it was even dark in the day hours
so get your float and watch out for masked men  :-*

I had flown saturday up to Philadelphia for the Grandson's 2nd birthday, was going home on the last flight (never a good idea) on sunday... flights were r-e-a-l-l-y backed up, sat on the runway for an hour (good thing I had a new book to read....actually read 14 chapters....)

anyway, connected in Miami, got to Tampa 1:30 am...was exhausted of course. I'd never flown in/out of Tampa airport so, coming out of the huge parking garage, I was looking up at the signs to make sure I turned the right way...and...BAM! I hit the concrete island and blew out my left front tire and scraped the left back (it developed a bubble..) bummer. they are NEW tires. eek. anyway, they have a FREE service at that airport for changing tires. they put the emergency spare on (I thought it looked alittle low...found out later it only had 20 lbs of pressure...)

anyway, 100 miles later at 65 mph I finally got home around 430am, took the grandbaby to school at 730 and spent the rest of the day in bed!

ps/ my ankles actually started swelling from sitting so long....never happened before...

how was YOUR weekend??!!

twirl, it has been horrible here today. I too can understand why women went nuts in the old days, I don't know if I would shoot anybody over it. Trees are falling, there is already flooding all over the place and wind. Len said he isn't going to take trash to street tonight because the can will blow away. The power has flickered a dozen times and we went and started the generator to make sure it will run later if we need to. They still have no information on the bank robbers and PNC bank is offering a reward for information. Don't everyone laugh, but yes, we have life jackets for our puppies, they are really cute.  :flower;

petey, willie bit the UPS man and the mailman. Winnie steps back about 3 feet and lets Willie do the dirty work while she barks. Funny puppies.
