:oops;    You need to also keep an eye on your Vascular Surgeon .

I was getting a new access put in and went to visit the Surgeon doing the work .  I was concerned when
he would not look me in the eye's  .  He looked everywhere but my face and into my eyes .  I thought "was he shy !
Heck I did not want to date him !!!!!  Darn it ...Look at Me , I thought .  I Should have said it out load .

The man almost cost me my arm . He did such a butcher job on me that the arm never healed and being on an HMO I had no
Choice but to keep seeing people in his office . He ended up sending me to a plastic Surgeon trying to get someone to
cover up what he did .

I was so sick that my Neph took me out of the Hospital by Ambulance and took me to UCI in Irvine Ca and had me seen
by the head of the Vascular Surgery Dept .  He was able to save the arm but ended up needing to do a  Arterial by pass
on it .  I still have tingking in the hand and can not work for long periods with it .   I am not allowed to have blood
taken from it either .    I thought of suing the group and the Doctor but the Medical group went Bankrupt  and closed its
door overnight .

Need to get references if at all possible.  I here this guy is working in Downey Ca  and I do not know if I can
say his name here , but will tell if someone asks .., Also . He will never look you in the yes.

You can say his name here so no-one else sees him. Also I would sue anyway because they have to carry malpractice insurance. Is their bankruptcy over with? If it is I would start the process now. If you start the process too early they can list you in the bankruptcy and you will be out of luck. You need to talk to an attorney to get the right advice. Good Luck.

A report to the licensing board in your state might be something you could try. Sometimes if they would just admit they made a mistake I don't think people would get so angry about things. A simple "I'm sorry" goes a long way. We are all human. When they cover thing up and won't give answers that really ticks me off!

You owe it to your fellow humans to at least document your story with some reporting agency. What might this guy do next???
