Which time is it precisely where and how does it "translate" into Continental and/or British time?

Many thanks Cassandra and great to "see" you and nearer the date of October 16th 2021 "things" perhaps get much clearer, especially for me since I am not a "computer-expert" in any way, I just try my best and sometimes I am lucky and sometimes I am not so lucky...
